Abstract

Objective:To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy and safety of catheter ablation of tachycardia.Methods:The clinical effect of catheter ablation of tachycardia was retrospectively analyzed in 1230 patients.Among them,atrioventricular nodal reentrant tachycardia (AVNRT) was found in 522 patients,atrioventricular reentrant tachycardia(AVRT) was found in 678 patients,left accessory pathways was found in 598 patients,right accessory pathways was found in 80 patients and idiopathic ventricular tachycardia (IVT) was found in 30 patients.Results:The total success rate of radiofrequency ablation was 97.8% (for ANVRT,it was 99.8%;for AVRT was 98.3%,for IVT was 96.7%);the total recurrence rate was 1.6%.Conclusion:Applying catheter ablation of tachycardia is effective and safe and with less complications.
