Abstract

China's automobile industry will be confronted with a difficult situation after China's entrance into WTO.With the increase of automobile import the benefits from the international autombile trade will go from China to other countries.The best way for the Chinese automobile industry to get the upper hand in the international automobile trade is to merge so that the productive scale can be enlarged and the automobile export can be increased.
