The Status and Countermeasure of Chinese Automobile Industry Competability before/after Joining WTO

Abstract

The current status of Chinese automobile industry was summarized firstly. Through establishing the competition evaluation index system, the method of arrangement analysis and industry expert graded method were exercised to analyze quantitatively the competition status of Chinese automobile industry. The impact of joining WTO to Chinese automobile industry was discussed.Some countermeasures to improving the competability before/after joining WTO were put forward espcially to the advantage and inferior position of Chinese automobile industry.
