PACS system in the application value of the X-ray department

Objective this paper introduces the PACS system in salt harbor hospital radiology department of implementation and application status.Methods:between PACS and RIS system through the DICOM Worklist for integration,will be in the branch of image equipment,camera,computer and professional vertical screen and printer and successfully connected to the PACS system.Results: the PACS system makes the image of X-ray inspection work all digital operation,realize radiology department internal filmless change,optimize the work flow,improve the work efficiency.Conclusion: with the PACS system comprehensive application,radiology department check the quantity and the image quality compared with the past have greatly improved.Use the strong function of PACS to enhance radiology department image quality management is very necessary.
