Abstract
Taking kudzu root as the raw material, flavonoids were extracted from it.It was investigated that the effects of ethanol concentration, reflux extraction temperature, extraction time and ratio of solid to liquid on pueraria flavone extraction rate. The optimal extration conditions were obtained as follows: ethanol concentration 50%,extraction temperature 90℃,solid-liquid ratio is 1:30 and extraction time 3h.Under this condition, pueraria flavone extraction rate could reach 2.53mg/g.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
