Abstract

To study the effect of four fractions extracted from Radix Tetrastigmae on HBV.METHOD: The level of HBsAg and HBeAg secreted from HepG2.2.15 cells and the copies of DNA which were treated with four samples were detected.RESULT The four fractions from Radix Tetrastigmae showed inhibition activity on HBV.CONCLUSION The ethyl acetate part of Radix Tetrastigmae can significantly restrain the secretion of HBsAg and HbeAg from HepG2.2.15 cells,which can be further researched as new anti-HBV drugs.
