SOME THOUGHTS ABOUT CHANGES IN WORLD NATURAL GAS MARKET AND CHINA'S POLICY

Abstract

The main characteristic of world gas market is uneven distribution of gas reserve and production and localization of gas trade.Under the influence of economy crisis in 2008,the world gas market has undergone changes in the structure of supply and demand,and gas price keeps going up and supplier gradually obtain an increasingly important status.As an emerging economy in world gas market,China's status has been gradually promoted too.To meet the challenges of the new changes in world gas market,China should improve its natural gas industry chain,carry out price reform,structure adjustment and enhance its cooperation with foreign countries.
