Abstract

Objective:To study the distribution and drug resistance of Staphylococcus aureus in a hospital, and provide the basis for clinical rational use of antimicrobial agents.Method:In 2012,701 strains of staphylococcus aureus had been detected from the hospital, the distribution and drug resistance of staphylococcus aureus were retrospectively statistically analyzed.Result:Of 2 480 strains pathogenic bacteria isolated in this year,701 strains were staphylococcus aureus, accounting for 28.26% of pathogenic bacteria, and the detection rate of coagulase negative staphylococcus(CNS)was 87.73%.The resistant rate of all the staphylococcus aureus to vancomycin and Linezolid was 0%,the resistant rate to rina thiazole amine and furan organism were less than 9%,the resistant rate to penicillin and erythromycin were greater than 78%.The drug resistance of methicillin-resistant staphylococcus is significantly higher than that of non methicillin-resistant staphylococcus aureus. Conclusion:Staphylococcus aureus infection is common to commonly use antimicrobial resistance and multiple antibiotic, which should be paid attention to by medical staff, and the staphylococcus aureus surveillance should be strengthen.Antimicrobial agents should be used rationally according to the result of drug susceptibility.
