Abstract

Objective To investigate the Cardura(doxazosinmesylate controlled-releasetablets)combined with frequent nocturia the tolterodine mitigation of women with overactive bladder(OAB)efficacy.Methods Confirmed 78patients with OAB and oral M blockers invalid add services on the basis of oral tolterodine tablets Cardura 4weeks of treatment were observed before and after treatment nocturia,nocturiasinglemaximum urine output indicators change.Results Combination therapy,the daily average number of nocturia single nocturia maximum urine output and OABSS of total score before treatment were significantly improved.Coclusion Cardura United tolterodine scheduled able to effectively improve the single oral prop M blockers invalid OAB female patients with frequent nocturiasymptoms(P0.05),improve the quality of patients.
