Relationships between teaching method,methodology and teaching and learning method——On essence of sports material teaching methods

With literature study,logical analysis,this paper studied the essence of the sports teaching materials.It was shown that the teaching methods could be defined into two ways.The first one was that the methodology meant the teaching method plus the learning method,and the second one meant that the methodology was the teaching principle plus teaching method.For the sports teaching materials,the relationships showed that the sports material teaching method plus sports material learning method equalled to the sports teaching material methodology.And the sports teaching material principle plus sports material learning method were also the sports teaching material methodology.
