Abstract

Objective To investigate the blood perfusion change of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) after transcatheter arterial chemoembolization(TACE). Methods CT perfuion imaging was performed 7~10 d after TACE for 17 HCC patients . The perfusion images and parameters of viable tumor lesions and normal lesions of HCC were detected with liver tumor mode. Results The differences of HBF,MTT, HAP between two groups were statistically significant. the differences of HBV,PS, HAF,PVP were not statistically significant. Conclusion CTPI could be a new method for evaluation the blood supply of viable tumor lesions of HCC after TACE.
