Abstract
The research on functions of higher education is the key to why higher education is able to survive and develop continuously in the change of society. With the development of higher education, functions such as culture transference, culture innovation and academic industrialization come into being. At the same time, these functions respectively differentiate in levels recurring to new institutions and organization expansion.
