Abstract

Based on the idea of the structure parametric design method in finite element analysis(FEA),the complicated FEA model can be created by adjusting geometric parameters and the process of FEA is automatically executed,which is important for optimizing the structure of product.Aiming the technical problem of high-speed spindle for parametric finite element analysis,the paper discusses the implementation of the whole process of high-speed spindle static analysis,modal analysis and harmonic response analysis using ANSYS Parametric Design Language(APDL).Application example shows that the method can effectively estimate the structural characteristics of the parts and can provide the basis for structural optimization and design.
