The Study on Correlation between Knowledge Shift and Knowledge Transfer

The knowledge transferring and knowledge transformati on are two main knowledge management practices in the process of knowledge capital management. There are both connection and essential difference between them. The confusion of knowledge transferring and knowledge transferring impedes the smooth implementation in the process of knowledge management research. There are four different forms of concept,formation,content and process,while there are four relativity forms of contact,integration,unity and identity between these two knowledge management practices. The importance of knowledge transferring and knowledge transformation will be obvious with the depth of knowledge theory,which has become a new research direction in knowledge domination. The execution of knowledge transformation and knowledge transfer needs to implement fully the initiative of knowledge main body,take a high degree of flexibility and mobility strategy,review the business process form the knowledge perspective and reposition the knowledge activity type,and ultimately raise the knowledge capital add value. The theory analysis and behavior analysis of knowledge transformation and knowledge transfer has become a critical knowledge management strategy.
