Clinical Analysis of Transvaginal Resection Operation in Treatment of Uterine Prolapse

Objective To summarize and analyze the clinical effects of transvaginal resection operation in treatment of uterine prolapsed. Methods Selected 48 cases of patients with uterine prolapse who were treated in our hospital from July 2013 to June 2014,randomly divided them into control group and treatment group,patients in control group were adopted to the repair operation of anterior and posterior vaginal wall and others in treatment group were adopted to the same operation combined with transvaginal resection operation. Then observed the patients' treatment effects of two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the control group was 83.8%,and the recurrence rate was 12.5%. The total treatment effective rate of the treatment group was 95.8%,and the recurrence rate was 0.0%. The contrast of the total treatment effective rates and recurrence rates between the two group was statistically significant,for significantly different(P0.05). Conclusion With less recurrence rate,the transvaginal resection is possessed with an excellent effect on the treatment of uterine prolapse,which has more remarkable treatment effect,if it is combined with the repair operation of anterior and posterior vaginal wall. It is one of the best treatment methods to treat the disease about uterine prolapse,which is worth to be promoted widely in clinical application.
