Clinical approach of surgical treatment of uterine prolapse elderly women

【Objective】 Study the surgical treatment of elderly women's uterine prolapse,feasibility,complications,and prevention of recurrence,to find the most appropriate procedures.【Methods】 According to the degree of uterine prolapse of operation and choice of skill points preoperatively and postoperative complications and relapse prevention measures were analyzed retrospectively.From 2009.12 to 2003.1,139 patients including over 60 patients with uterine prolapse.【Results】 139 patients after operation,good effect,the timing of the operation of the palace,with vaginal wall repair and 120 minutes;the longest on average;Secondly,the average operation for mansoni 72 minutes,vaginal mediastinum,average angioplasty shortest 45 minutes,peri-operative bleeding so for average 135 milliliter,110 milliliter,72 milliliter,there is a significant difference between groups(P 0.05).【Conclusion】 Considered all aspects in patients chosing including correctly individualized preoperative evaluation,the function and form of the disease.The key to guarantee the success of the operation was correct chose operation scheme to asure restore the normal anatomy and prevent recurrence.
