Abstract
The present situaton of scrap resource requirement and utilization of China's iron and steel industry and the requirement and utilization in the near future are analyzed in this paper.In order to meet the development requirements of China's iron and steel industry,including energy-saving,consumption-reduction and environment-protection,it is necessary to develop scrap processing industry and to speed up the scrap resource utilization to realize the sustainable development of China's iron and steel industry.
