The Influence of the Innovation Resource of City on the Innovation Performance of Enterprises——An Empirical Study on Hebei Province

To further guide the practice of the innovation city,based on the connotations and characteristics of innovation resource of city and innovation performance of enterprise,constructed comprehensive evaluation index system for innovation resource of city and innovation performance of enterprise respectively.Innovation resource of city was treated as input index and innovation performance of enterprise was treated as output index appling factor analysis and DEA method,then used the DEA model to evaluate the innovation performance of enterprises of nine cities in Hebei Province,and based on the relative efficiency divide nine cities into high effective area,low effective area and none effective area.At last,the paper put forward some advice to improve the allocation of innovation resource of city and innovation performance of enterprise.
