Influence Factors of City Innovation Performance Using Grey Correlation Analysis

The article is based on the statistical data of Shanghai for eight years,From three factors that are the scientific and technological innovation resources,innovation subject,environmental technology innovation support,it analyzes the influence on city science and technology innovation performance. The research shows that technological factors have certain positive effect on city innovation performance and the different influence degree of these factors. Large and medium- sized enterprise becomes the main force of innovation factors,it timely and appropriately proposed the measure for Shanghai city innovation performance.
