Investigation on the Bird Resources in Yesan River Nature Reserve of West Hubei

Through site survey,point observation and collection of historical data,it was preliminarily surveyed that there were 208 bird species in Yesan river nature reserve,of which 21 bird species were under the state protection of class one or class two;39 species were categorized as the provincial protection species;97 species werethree-feature categories(features of beneficial bird,important economic value and great scientific research potential).It also indicated that 19 bird species were listed in China red data book of endangered animals.The important value of statistical analysis I.V.and distribution ration ADC demonstrated that there were 6 foremost bird species,14 important species,21 species of wild distribution and 37 species of neutral distribution.
