Abstract

It is an urgent problem to be solved for every vocational college to increase the employment rate of vocational students.To cultivate high quality of graduates is the only way to increase the employment rate.In this article,we analyzed the current situation of vocational students from the perspective of professional qualities.The approaches of enhancing vocational students' professional qualities have been summarized from analyzing the current situation,which can ensure the quality of cultivating students.
