Abstract

Whether higher vocational education has a distinctive employment-oriented nature and whether graduates of higher vocational schools can find jobs smoothly should be the main criteria for determining the success of higher vocational education.Therefore,higher vocational education is both a kind of career-oriented professional higher education and education for employment.In this paper,we discuss the basic content of professional competence of vocational students,and then further explore the existing problems in vocational college students' professional competence and the corresponding training measures.
