Research into tertiary industry development of Fujian Province based on grey relative theory

The sorting of Fujian's tertiary industry and total regional output value by using grey relative theory was at second place in the ninth five years plan and is at first place in the tenth five years plan.Grey relation sorting of all trades in tertiary industry and tertiary industry total output value changes a lot.The development of Fujian's service industry and financial industry should be accelerated by properly choosing leading industry in tertiary industry,by mainly developing industrial clusters, by completing market system and by creating good policy environment.
