On Ecological Civilization and Constructing Harmonious Society

Abstract
By expounding the function of ecological civilization on enhancing the construction of harmonious society,the paper analyzes the problems exists in the ecological environment which exerts negative influence on the civilization.It puts forward strategies for developing ecological culture,improving consumption quality and advocating ecological civilization and gives suggestions on maintaining value orientation,setting up concepts of ecological culture and civilization,constructing resource-saving and eco-friendly consumption model,developing ecological products and educating people on ecology so as to promote harmonious society.
