On the Ecological Civilization Construction-From the Perspective of Harmonious Culture

Woven together are ecological civilization and material civilization,moral civilization,political civilization,which provide ecological civilization with the prerequisites.And the former in turn effectively promotes the latter three ones.The report of the 17th CPC National Congress initiates the significance of constructing the ecological civilization,which is conducive to establishing a more scientific and systematic development rationale of culture,and to promoting and building a harmonious society with the economicalization of resources,friendly environments,well-balanced developmnent,the supervision and control of power,and more effective protection of human rights.
