Abstract
This article takes practice of social work in Xiamen C primary school as an example, discusses the validity and difficulties of the strategy of interactive mode social group work in lower grade children of rural migrant workers. In this practice, we have found that this strategy not only helps us form good professional relationship, but also can improve the peer relation of children of rural migrant workers, which has a positive effect on the socialization of children in later period.
