Abstract
Objective deaminase(ADA) detected in the pleural effusion of value.Methods Were determined with enzyme kinetics of 32 cases of clinically diagnosed patients with tuberculous pleurisy and 24 patients with cancer of the pleural effusion pleural effusion ADA,to compare their activity and the positive rate.Results ADA activity in tuberculous pleural effusion group was(32.4±10.3) u / L was significantly higher than that of neoplastic pleural effusion group(15.8±6.2) u / L,the difference was statistically significant(P0.01).Diagnosis of tuberculous pleurisy with a sensitivity of 90.6%,specificity was 83.3%.Conclusion ADA activity in diagnosis of pleural effusion of tuberculous pleurisy with high sensitivity and high specificity can be conventional as tuberculous pleural effusion and malignant pleural effusion important reference for identification.
