Abstract

This paper expatiates on the fundamental concept of legislation of property rights,the Chinese legal system,the British legal system and the American legal system.It also analyzes the Chinese scholars' explanation of cncepts of property and property rights in the civil law,their difinition of intagible property rights and classfies the sports intagible property rights.
