Abstract

Consultant service is an important part in the library and also is the necessary means to deepen the service for the readers.Because of the penetrability,intertexture and relativity of the modern science,it needs high emphasis on the reference service for the leaders in the library.The article expounds the content,means,service object of the reference service and the achievements and problems on the management from the practical work.At last it puts forward some relatively reasonable as-sumptions and suggestion.
