On the Strategies for the Development of Private Finance

The history of the global financial development demonstrates that the private finance is one of the rational and indispensable developing strategies. In China, the capital funds of private finance have been flowing in the varied areas of the financial industry. The development of private finance is to meet the need of the financial systemic innovations and the strategical adjustment. Therefore, we must establish corresponding laws and regulations, and implement stringent approach to the chartering of private banks; strengthen the constant supervision on the operations of the private financial sectors; possess a savings insurance system; and establish effective exit system of civilian banks and etc to deepen the development of the private finance.
