Abstract
A series of Silicalite-1zeolites were synthesized by hydrothermal crystallization method with TEOS,TPAOH as silicon source and template, respectively. The morphology of the zeolites could be regulated by changing the crystallization ways, crystallization temperature, crystallization time, the concentration of TPAOH and C2H5OH in the synthesis solution.SEM and XRD results reveal that the Silicalite-1zeolite with fewer twins was easy to be obtained with little alcohol added in the synthesis solution, lower template concentration, higher crystallization temperate and shorter crystallization time.
