Abstract
A-zeolite was synthesized by hydrothermal method, using sodium silicate as the Si source, sodium aluminate as the Al source, the optimum preparation conditions are that the molar composition of reactant is n(SiO2)∶n(Al2O3)∶n( Na2O)∶n(H2O)=2∶1∶1∶1∶50.Crystallization temperature and crystallization time of the synthesis were studied, and characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and infrared spectrum analysis (IR). The results show that 4A-zeolite can be successfully obtained by the method and the optimal condition is that crystallization temperature is 100℃,crystallization time is 14h.
