Analysis on Detection for Chlamydia Trachomatis and Mycoplasma and Drug Resistance of Mycoplasma in 3 271 Cases of Cervical Samples

Abstract

To investigate the infection rates of Ureaplasma urealyticum(UU),Mycoplasma hominis(MH) and Chlamydia trachomatis(CT) in cervix uteri.The CT、UU and MH were detected in 3271 cases of cervical samples by using the culture for pathogens and golden-standard method.①Of the 3271 cases, the total infection rate of three pathogens was 49.28%(1 612/3 271), the rate of one pathogen infection was 40.32%(1 319/3 271),and the mixed infection rate was 8.96%(293/3 271); the infection rates of mycoplasm and chlamydia trachomatis were 40.51%(1325/3 271),8.77%(287/3 271) respectively.②The high risk age of mycoplasma and chlamydia trachomatis infection was from 21 to 40 years old,In this age range ,the positive rate was of 82.32% (1 327/1 612) .③The highest drug resistance rate of mycoplasma was actinospectacin (90%),The resistance rates of the mycoplasma hominis and mixed infection of both UU and MH against actinospectacin,roxithromycin,erythromycin were all over 85%.The most sensitive antibiotics were josamycin,and then doxycycline.[Conclusion]①UU,CT and MH are the major pathogens in female cervix uteri.The range of infection rates from high to low are UUCTMH.②The drug resistance strains of mycoplasma was common.Therefore,we should choose the sensitive antibiotics according to the drug sensitivity test.
