Abstract
According to analysis of the present situation and developing tendency of domestic and overseas forest management,this paper presents the ecological management goals and patterns of forest in combination with the present situation and requirement of forests in southwest regions,aiming to offer a reference for the sustainable forest development of the regions,thus cultivating and strengthening ecological economic industry,protecting and cultivating forest,increasing economic development and peasants'income and promoting the ecological screen establishment to enter a steady virtuous circle for a long run.
