Enteral Nutrition Nursing for Patients after Surgery of Gastric Cancer

Objective To explore the clinical effect of gastric cancer surgery treatment in patients with enteral nutrition nursing analysis. Methods In our hospital in 2013 February ~ 2013 year in August received treatment of 36 cases of gastric cancer patients for clinical research object, randomly divided into A group and B group, each of 18 cases, all patients were treated by gastric cancer treatment, after treatment, routine care given to patients in group B, group A patients mainly take the enteral nutrition nursing, comparative observation of two groups of patients with pre albumin, albumin, total protein, body weight, exhaust time, eating time, hospitalization time and bowel recovery time index. Results Of the two groups of patients with enteral nutrition support index variation contrast(P0.05); exhaust time, the patients in the A group feeding time, length of hospital stay and bowel recovery time was significantly shorter in the B group(P0.05). Conclusion Enteral nutrition nursing on patients with gastric cancer after operation, patients can promote the recovery of intestinal function speed,significantly improve the nutritional status of patients with intestinal patients,improve body quality, and it has important significance to speed up the recovery of the patients with gastric cancer after operation.
