Abstract

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of nutrition support therapy in patients with gastric cancer after operation. Methods 62 gastric cancer patients in our hospital were randomly divided into enteral nutrition group(EN group) and parenteral nutrition group(PN group),31 cases in each group, observed postoperative laboratory findings and the time of anal exhaust of patients in two groups. Results Nutritional support therapy in patients after treatment for 7d,the difference of alanine aminotransferase,GGT,urea nitrogen content between two groups was not statistically significant(P0.05).in EN group the average anal exhaust time was 3.8±1.2D,significantly lower than that in PN group and 5.6±2.2d,the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusions Enteral nutrition support treatment plays an important role in the rehabilitation of patients with gastric cancer after operation, has a high and long term value in clinical application,it is worthy of further clinical using.
