TOURISTIZATION DEVELOPMENT LEVEL MEASUREMENT AND SPATIAL-TEMPORAL DIFFERENCES IN SHANDONG PROVINCE

Nowadays, touristization development has become the trend and the major power of tourism industry. To begin with,the concept of the touristization is illustrated according to the researches about the tourism from the home to abroad in the paper. Then, the evaluation index system of touristization is builded, by using multiple collinear analysis, principal component analy, sisentropy method, and the development level of touristization of Shandong province are measured. Taking 17 cities in Shandong province for example, the touristization development of Shandong province is measured, based on the date from 2001 to 2011.Through grey correlation degree analysis, we find that economic function, cultural function and social function of tourism industry have a deep effect on the touristization development, in Shandong province. Based on the spatial temporal differences of touristization development between 17 cities in Shandong province,they have been divided into four types by using clustering analysis. Then, some countermeasures, which may accelerate the development of touristization, are put up, according to specific situation of the cities. Overall,the touristization development level of Shandong province and 17 cities, are improved constantly, from the point of time dimension. And industry scale, economic function, cultural function and social function of the touristization system are improved fast. However, ecological function and organizational function of the touristization system are improved slowly, especially the organizational function appears negative growth for many years. It is concluded that the organizational function of tourism industry has a falling trend in Shandong province. The touristization development level improve fast in Qingdao, Weihai, Yantai, Rizhao and other coastal cities, and their development level are in the top in Shandong province, and leading Shandong province' s development.
