Abstract

This paper introduced the kinds of natural food preservations and application in food industry,including animal sources,plant sources,and other types of microbial origin,briefly stated the anticorrosion mechanism,the reasonable use and the existing problems.It illustrated that natural preservatives had intensive application and a development future.
