Abstract

Food preservative is a kind of food additive that can avoid food corruption and prolong the conservancy period of food. Nature food preservatives extracted from plant materials have been widely concerned due to its safe and efficient characteristics. The species of nature food preservatives and their method of extraction have been introduced. The study provides evidence for the research and development natural food preservatives from plant.
