Abstract
[Objective] The production bacteria of high-yielding cellulose was bred.[Method] The niger(Aspergillus niger)F1 being used as starting strain, the production bacteria strain of high-yielding cellulase was selected after its mutation treatment of UV,nitrosoguanidine and DES.[Results] Under the suitable conditions, the CMC vitality of D3 strain selected could be 45.5% higher than that of starting strain.[Conclusion] There was different working mechanism among NTG,DES and ultraviolet, but all of those could affect the DNA mutation of microbial cell.
