Abstract

Used as the starting strains of Aspergillus niger, after ultraviolet and mutation of nitrite,to a breeding high-yield strains of cellulose,Compared with the original strain,high-yielding cellulase strain CMC activity increased 58.7 percent, filter paper activity increased 60.6 percent, and production of stable performance
