Abstract
[Objective]To understand the real level of food hygiene in Shenyang City, know the condition of food borne pathogen pollution, and provide scientific and effective data for food safety risk assessment.[Methods]According to the Plan for food borne pathogens monitoring in Liaoning, refer to the sampling requirements of the Manual for food borne pathogens monitoring,80 monitoring sites were established in 4 districts / counties of Shenyang City, including farmer's markets, supermarkets( stores and convenient stores) and restaurants. The monitoring foods were meat, raw animal aquatic products, baking food, cooked rice flour products, fruits and vegetables, baby food and cold noodles. The monitoring items included Vibrio parahaemolyticus,Listeria monocytogenes,Salmonella,Shigella,Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli O157: H7,Norovirus,Anisakis,Bacillus cereus,Vibrio vulnificus,Enterobacter sakazakii and Escherichia coli.[Results]A total of 240 food samples( 7 types) were detected in 80 monitoring sites,970 items / times of food borne pathogens were tested, and the total detection rate was 2. 7%. The food borne pathogens were found in 26 food samples( 5 types),which accounted for 10. 8% of total samples.[Conclusion]The condition of food borne pathogen pollution is serious. It is necessary to strengthen surveillance of pathogenic bacteria in foods,to prevent the outbreak of food poisoning.
