Abstract

OBJECTIVE To investigate the clinic effect of the external using of cell healing membrane with the epidermal growth factor on the skin wound.METHODS The trial group of 48 patients' wound was treated with cell healing membrane and the epidermal growth factor. At the same time the control group of 48 patients wound was treated with the routine way. At last compare the results of the healing time,wound-healing rate and the mature degree of granulation tissues.RESULTS There was statistic significance between trial group and control group in terms of the healing time (P0.05).After the 7th days, there was no statistic significance in terms of the wound-healing rate and the mature degree of granulation tissues. After the 14th and 21the days, there is statistic significance on the two aspects.CONCLUSION The treatment of artificial cell healing membrane with the epidermal growth factor has good results on skin defect. It can shorten the healing time, increase the wound-hearing rate and promote the growth of granulation tissues.
