Abstract

The object of in Criminal Offense of Embezzlement is the property of other person's.It includes following properties: immovable property,non-special property,public property,intangible energy such as electricity,coal gas,natural gas and heat,the property used to attain illegal objective,but it excludes contraband and property obtained by crime.Technology achievements and secrets,patents,brands and works can not be object of custody in general,but in special condition,they can.
