Abstract

There is no exact definition of the subject of the criminal offense of embezzlement inCriminal Law of People's Republic of China and not to be system and logic. Author is trying to category the subject of the criminal offense of embezzlement as common criminal offense of embezzlement and special criminal offense of embezzlement according to the subject's quality, and then describe it respectively.
