Abstract

Connecting with innovative reform of cultivating mode in engineering talents of transportation in Southeast University,the orientation and goal of cultivating engineering talents of transportation are analyzed in research universities.The study puts forward how to innovate cultivating mode in engineering talents of transportation,and builds a curriculum system which is accommodated to the cultivating mode and an innovative teaching system which is based on engineering practice and scientific research..Furthermore,the innovative measures to cultivating mode based on practice are put forward.
