Abstract
With maleic anhydride (MAH) and methacrylic acid (MAA) as the compound monomer,by solid phase grafting, prepared a grafted polypropylenePP-g-(MAA/MAH) sample with high polarity.Characterized and analyzed the structure of the graft copolymer, studied the reaction time, reaction temperature, the amount of compound monomer and effects of initiator concentration on grafting ratio and the wetting angle. The results showed when the reaction time was 105 min,the reaction temperature was 125 ℃,the amount of compound monomer was 8 g/100g PP,initiator dosage was 0.4 g/100g PP,prepared PP-g-(MAA/MAH) with 4.01% grafting ratio.
