Abstract
This article firstly discusses the definition of Six Sigma management and its nature.Then it makes an in-depth study of the theoretical foundation of Six Sigma management-Zero Defect theory.Thirdly,the innovation of the Six Sigma Management has been studied systematically from three angles such as the Six Sigma management core concept and cornerstone,technical methods,and its measurement System.Finally,the reasons for the success of Six Sigma management are further pointed out.
