Abstract

The paper addresses the essence and development of Six Sigma,the synergy of Six Sigma and Lean production.It points out the key role of executive management in Six Sigma implementation from business system perspective.And it presents Six Sigma implementation roadmap and addresses key issues in the implementing process.The paper aims to provide guidelines and references for Six Sigma implementation in China.
