Abstract
Objective:To study the effect of nursing intervention on the recovery of stroke patients to improve the quality of life.Methods:150 patients with storke were randomly divided into intervention group(n=75)and control group(n=75).The patients in two groups with stroke recovery just dischanged from hospital were evaluated by activity of daily living scale(ADL)and quality of life scale(SF-12),6 months after the same survey, compared to results;Another statistical discharged 6 months in patients with depression, anxiety disorders and the incidence of stroke recurrence rate, compared to the results. Results:Comparison intervention group and control group, the discharge ADL,SF-12 score was no significant difference(P0.05).Nursing intervention for 6 months after the score again compared between two groups,as well as depression, anxiety disorders and the incidence of stroke recurrence rate, there were significant statistical significance(P0.05).Conclusion:Nursing intervention can significantly improve the recovery of stroke patients after discharge from hospital quality of life,it is worth to promote learning.
